Tanning lotion safe?

Is tanning lotion safe while pregnant? I’ve heard so many different things. My sister is totally against it saying it absorbs into your skin and goes to the baby. What are your thoughts?

I personally think the less products you use the better, but I’m probably in the minority here. So for me, I’d never use fake tan whilst pregnant ( I wouldn’t put that  stuff on me at anytime but there you go!).

Hi Melissa, what country are you in? I can recommend some brands that are organic and toxin free. I would avoid the mainstream brands that can contain a lot of chemicals but there are certainly a lot of natural brands and great options out there
