Implantation bleeding or early period?!

So you would think I know the signs of early pregnancy since I have a little one but I don’t lmao. I woke up this morning to go pee and then I seen blood in the toilet not a lot at all, and I wiped and it was only a little bit of blood but not how my periods usually are. My period isn’t suppose to start for another 5 days yet. I’m not cramping I’ve just been getting bad headaches lately. My period NEVER starts this early !! So I went pee again and there was nothing, I have no blood in my underwear either. So I’m a bit confused.
