Hey ladies, I'm starting to get a bit nervous and very confused and I need some help.

on March 7th, I started my regular period. It stuck around for my usual 6 days.. but then, on the 21st I started spotting. It lasted for 12 days and ended the day before I was supposed to start my next period on April 1. Very light and went between pinkish and brown. But now, it's April 6th and I haven't started yet.

I'm not sure what's going on but it's starting to worry me. Does anyone know what could be happening or help me find out, please?
