Glucose Test Monday....😫
So I have my glucose test Monday. I have the orange drink at home to drink before I go.
Is there anything I should do to prepare myself for this lol! I’m so nervous, I don’t wanna fail this test.
I don’t have high blood pressure, I don’t know if that will make a difference. I try and eat as good as I can, but sometimes the cravings of sweets take over 😂🙈
Any advice is welcome !!!
