Is an ultrasound offensive?

I saw this on one of the Snapchat news stories today. A list of things NOT to post on social media regarding your relationship. 
I completely disagree with this particular point... I’ve never seen an ultrasound and been offended by it. Have any of you been offended by ultrasound pictures? And why were you offended? I’m just curious if this actually the stance of the majority, or if this author is just salty and lonely af.

I think it’s ridiculous. Post what you want - and as soon as you want. That whole wait until the second trimester thing is bunk. If you want support you have to tell people what you’re going through.

You can put whatever you want on you social media. If someone doesn't like it, they can unfriend or unfollow you. Simple.

I don’t think it’s that it’s offensive I just don’t think the people on your Facebook care to see your ultrasound pics. A cute announcement is fine but no one else gets excited about your ultrasound pictures like you do.
