I really wanna be a mom

I'm not sure if I'm actually pregnant the reason I say that is that I have PCOS and it's made my cycles weird but it had seemed like my cycle got a good rhythm and it seems like I might be pregnant because I'm late and have had light symptoms. but I'm not sure if I am it would be my first. I also think that if I am it's to early to see with a test I took one a day ago and it was negative I would be like 3weeks I think.
