Tightened tummy ?!

Im 28 weeks, and sometimes i have tightened tummy 
I have heard that this happen when the baby change the position, but my OB gave me to take some pills because of this! And said, the tummy need to stay more relaxed. Lol i don’t really know if he is right... because its look like something strange..

It's called Braxton Hicks contractions and you don't have to take a pill for them. Usually drinking water and staying hydrated will calm them down. They are very common and very normal. It's your body's way of preparing for labor and delivery. 
I'd question your doctor's competency if this isn't something that was mentioned to you. I wouldn't take any pills for it either and get a second opinion ASAP.

I have regular braxton Hicks that are so intense I’ve been on Magnesium sulfate for 2 days. I have to go home taking oral magnesium and procarida to keep my uterus relaxed and to prevent the contractions from hanging my cervix which would be preterm labor. Everyone is different.
