Is it bad to drink soda while pregnant?

I'm 2 months and a week pregnant and I don't drink soda every single day . I might drink like just twice a week . is that bad? and how about juice ?  But today I really craved grape soda 😌 so I just had to get it

No.. you can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day which is several cans of soda a day. You’re fine! I drink one can a day (approx 40mg)

Soda has a lot of sugar and artificial chemicals even if caffeine free. So a couple times a week is fine. I love sprite and it helps my stomach so I'll have one or two a week, just not an everyday thing. 
If its 100% juice I think a glass or 2 a day is fine, just avoid those juice beverages that are mixed with sugar water.

Yeah it’s just the caffeine content. One a couple of times a week is fine! Unless you’re drinking a ton of coffee or something

moderation is everything. I am a dr pepper freak but I have limited myself on them. I will have one every once and a while and if I really need soda I try to do Sprite which is caffeine free.

thanks everyone for your comments it helps a lot !! because to be honest I really love juice and I do drink a lot of juice but soda I don't drink it that much I just try to have a balance and I do drink a lot of water too and I've been a little nervous of drinking soda even if it's not a lot cuz I don't want anything to happen with my pregnancy
