My boyfriend of over a year has anger issues. He doesn’t get super mad too often, and it’s never at me nor does he take it out on me but for example, today we were visiting his and his mom’s new house (he’s 17) and he couldn’t back his truck out of the driveway because it was too steep and the truck just wouldn’t do it. He got so angry to the point he just continued burning the rubber off his tires and smoke was everywhere. He proceeded to get out of the car and punch a tree nearby. In the year we’ve been dating, I have NEVER seen him this angry before so I had no idea what to do. He does overly upset at things sometimes but never to the point where he’s punching something and injuring his own knuckles. Is this something I need to be severely concerned about even though he’s never gotten angry at me?
