Pineapple?🍍🍍

Has anyone eaten pineapple and have actually gone into labor? I just ate maybe 1/4 of a whole pineapple and an hour later it felt like I needed to go to the bathroom. I har maybe 3 contractions but I haven't been keeping track? Anyone have any luck with pineapple?! 🍍🍍

I’ve heard it takes a lot of (fresh) pineapple to do anything however I started eating some and lost my plug. Coincidence? Maybe, but I’ll take it haha

I didn't know this was a thing until I looked it up to see if it was safe because I was craving them. You have to eat like 6 a day INCLUDING THE CORE. Cant be canned as it kills Bromelain (the stuff that is supposed to support contractions) and apparently stomach acid kills it anyway. All it did for me was literally make my massive amounts of poop smell sweet haha

I think it has to be like 7 pineapple core a day for it to work. Good luck though!
