1)Some hack are that if you put water in a water bottle and put it in the microwave it is amazing and feel so good it help with cramps

2)eating dark chocolate is good

3)drink lots of water it good to i’am on week of my period and drink water is help me with having no pain down my area

4)yoga is good too

5)eat less salt ,salt is bad for you when your on your period

6)y’all all be know that sometimes having period there a funky smell it Just be sure to change your pads or tampons regularly and wash your vulva (the external areas) with a mild soap and water when you bathe or take a shower; those simple measures will help control any natural odors.
