ANYONE STRUGGLE WITH THIS?

So basically, every time I eat or drink I get bloated. It doesn’t matter how incredibly healthy I eat (no processed foods, I log healthy foods), or how little I eat, or how much water I drink to help combat bloating!!! I always get bloated and it drives me crazy.. because I’ll eat then feel like I can’t stay in my jeans, like that’s how uncomfortable it gets..

Anyone have any suggestions on what i should do? 😭😭😭 help a girl out
