so I had sex like 3 days ago after me and my boyfriend broke up and i was feeling sad and lonely so i hung out with someone way older and we ended up doing shit and I was supposed to start my period yesterday and yesterday I was having hardcore cramps and it hurt so bad but I still didn't start my period I dont know what that could be from but today I've been feeling nauseous like I'm gonna faint and puke. has this happened to anyone or does anyone know what i should do?
