I been having these baddd ovary/uterus pains like stabbing pains and I haven’t had a sex drive which is odd for me since I want it 24/7 and when I have sex I’m super super tight almost like I’m swollen shut but not swollen and doesn’t really hurt. What could this be or has anyone had similar situations

Could be PCOS, I know a few girls that get cysts on their ovaries and describe it the same way you just did, plus weight gain

I had this and I was pregnant. 
You need to see a dr about pains like that

could be cysts, that's how mine were but it could be other things as well. best bet is go to your obgyn before it gets worse
