Sore boobs=risk of miscarriage?

I am 5 weeks and Have very sore breasts however I read that consistent tender breasts is a sign of low progesterone which can cause a miscarriage. 
Are sore breasts normal in early pregnancy? Im having major anxiety

Sore breast are totally normal in pregnancy - especially early and late pregnancy. It’s usually the first pregnancy symptom for many.

I'm almost 18 weeks and have had sore boobs pretty much constantly. I was having trouble sleeping until I got a sleep bra. Even so if I lie on my back I always regret it when I go to move.

Sore breast are pretty normal and you’ll get it on and off throughout your pregnancy, mine hurt so bad at the start but everything’s going good and baby’s fine
