I have not had period for 2 months and have felt nauseous lately and really tired and weak

I personally can't see anything but maybe go in to your doctors and get a blood test if you feel you could be pregnant. 2 months without period should make a darker line if you are. 
You might also find out another reason as to why you haven't had your period if pregnancy has been ruled out. Good luck x
