Good latch?

The picture isnt great quality but my baby is a month old and I was wondering if this was a good latch? It doesn't ever hurt after he's done but I've been seeing other pictures from mothers who are breastfeeding in other groups and it looks so different from how mine does. sometimes it looks like instead of his lips going over the whole thing he sucks them in. I'm a FTM and new to this whole thing.
