I’m struggling to understand what is happening with my dear beloved a helping hand would be wonderful

We had his Semen tested and his count is good BUT the sperm is small? I tried googling it but I couldn’t find anything? So is there anything we can do to help him? My doctor wants to do NOTHING FOR HIM! so is there anything he can take? We started taking couples one a day pre-conception but it only comes in a twin pack for men and women an I’m on a prescription prenatal so we don’t want to just stock up on pills that will never be took. So my question is what do you/your significant other take is there anything I can buy over the counter? Or try a different doctor to see if they will give him something? We are both just at a loss right now? (A picture of us because I love him soo much)
