5 weeks pains

Hiya so I found out I’m pregnant on Wednesday and worked out I’m about 5 weeks pregnant my last period was on the 2nd of March.. for that period I was 16 days late... could I be more than 5 weeks and it was just a small bleed as wasn’t a normal pregnancy or could I just be 5 weeks lol? Strange questions I know. I also have a sharp pain in the lower right side of my belly??
