You may want to get tested for STDs, specifically herpes. Herpes are cuts and lesions that are extremely painful

I had an episiotomy with my oldest but fortunately it wasn’t terribly painful. They gave me dermaplast spray to numb the area, hydrocortisone for itching and Advil for inflammation
