"ACTING" stupid neighbor

My husband and I hate our neighbor so much we wish she would just leave us alone cause all she does is harrasse is every day if she's not yelling at us then she is always calling the cops to harrasse us. and yesterday night she punch my husband in his port on his chest which is connected to his heart. she could of killed him but thank GOD she didn't and her husband begged us not to call the cops because he didn't want his toddler in CPS.
