second birthdays! what are you doing?

What are folks doing for baby’s second bday? Any specific themes? Will your LO’s second bday be as big as the first year bday bash?

We chose not to do birthday parties this year since we just had a baby almost 2 weeks ago and all 3 of our kids birthdays are within weeks of each other. We will decorate the table with a theme and balloons and just do cake and ice cream with the grandparents. My son is obsessed with trains so we will do Thomas the train decorations and cake.

Definitely smaller than the first. For his first we invited every family member in the state and some friends. This year we are just doing our immediate families. And our theme is Taco TWOsday. 😀

I'm doing a puppy theme party I actually just ordered everything last night. My daughters favorite color is blue so I'm doing blue and puppies for everything but trying to make it look girly still lol im gonna make it a big deal again cuz I dont plan on having any more kids so I want to spoil the shit outta her haha. Still not sure where were gonna do it I would do it at a park again but it's still freezing cold here and been snowing for a week straight so I dont trust that the weather will be good in May 🙁
