AFROTC dining out HELP!

Hi everyone! So my fiancé is in the AFROTC at our university and he’s has just invited me to their dining out event. I have no idea what to wear or even how formal it is. I asked but of course he has no idea lol. Can someone help me out? Thank you 💗
