Weight loss appreciation post.

I have always been the type of person who struggled with my weight. I was bullied because I was too big for my age.

But hard work and dedication and healthy eating always pays off. I do cardio (reluctantly) five to six times a week.

I have five pound dumbbells for toning my arms and ankle weights for toning my legs.

I became fully dedicated back in December. I was weighing 183lbs.

four months later, I am officially 20lbs down. I'm still a little chunky and my journey isn't over yet, but I am so proud of myself.

30lbs to go and I'm so glad I haven't given up yet.

I just want to tell you awesome people that dedication is great and motivation js even better.

You make that goal and you go for it!

it is possible! I believe in you like I believe in myself. I actually believe in you more because I know that we can be amazing in this wonderful journey we call life!
