Will taking prenatals while trying to conceive really help chances?

It's not only about preparing your body but making sure there are enough stores of all the nutrients needed to grow a healthy baby. It's recommended you take a prenatal with folate in it because being deficient could result in the baby having neural tube defects like Spina bifida. If you've ever heard people say to eat your greens or eat more during pregnancy it's because great leafy eves are high in folate :) That's just one example of another reason to take your prenatals ;)

The healthier your body is, the better the chances. I took those throughout my pregnancy and still take them while breastfeeding and I really liked them. They just don’t taste or smell good at all.

It only helps prepair your body for pregnancy it doesnt better your chances I was trying with just prenatals for 8months and nothing. It wouldn't hurt to take them though and I would ask your doctor which one he would recommend. Try pre-seed and or pre-seed or conceive plus or even vitex. Good luck and baby dust!!!❤
