I don’t get it!

My last period was March 5-9, and my period is currently 5 days late this go around. I’ve been bloated, cramping, moody, have sore breasts, nausea, etc. The first test I took was about a week and a half ago, which was also negative. Took this one this morning and it’s still coming out negative. WTH...
