Gym or No Gym?

Question

I have lost so much weight without ever stepping foot in a gym. I prefer to workout at home. What do you ladies think?

I love the gym, i have no motivation to work out at home every and i like my results better when i lift heavier weights. Also they have a kids club so my son can go play while I’m working out! I feel like it gives me more time to clear my head versus being at home and thinking about all the things that actually need to be done.

I voted gym coz I love the time away from the kids lol, and you get an exercise program tailored to you with a membership generally. But I've worked out at home before, just with yoga or body balance youtubes. I've also got a "door gym" 😂 it does work though! You could maybe buy an elliptical machine off Craigslist or something too.

I love the gym but it’s not needed to get in a good workout. It’s very easy to work out at home as well.

I am biased😂 i built all my muscles & my business working out at home. Both can be effective, it’s a matter of what you can be consistent with. If it’s at home, weights are definitely worth the investment imo🙏🏽

I workout at home... I love it... I’m in my zone as my kids get to play. For so long I didn’t even work out at home because I didn’t want to feel like I’m not paying attention to them but reality is me making time to workout has been so beneficial for my whole family. It’s a better version of me! I’m a stay at home mom so my kiss are with my everyday all day until my husband gets home so going to the gym just isn’t realistic for me. Currently pregnant and still working out 🏋🏽‍♀️

To each their own. Some prefer the gym because of the wide range of equipment, others prefer to work out at home for convenience and they aren’t comfortable in the gym... as well as many other reasons

I lost 5 stone after my last pregnancy (I gained 7 stone while pregnant! She weighed 10lb 1!) without stepping foot in a gym!
