pregnant?

so i’m 16 and i’m on the iud mirena. my boyfriend and i have sex a lot and he doesn’t usually pull out because i have birth control. my other period app was saying that i was three days late, but then i put in my birth control because i forgot to before and now it’s saying my period is tomorrow. i got this app to see if it was the same, but it says i’m four days late.

i’ve had cramps, mood swings, bad anxiety from school and work, and the past couple days i’ve had very watery clear discharge. i don’t know if i’m pregnant, can anyone help?
