What helps with acne?

I break out around my jaw line and face the most but not all over ... I wash my face twice a day I barely wear any makeup and no I'm not on my period any advice and I use face scrubs every other day...

I’ve heard washing your face too much (even twice a day) can dry out your skin, therefore signaling your body to make more oils (therefore producing more acne).  Try washing your face only once a day? 
Also I just read something about changing your pillowcase often can be helpful.

Jaw line is hormonal acne, if you’re not pregnant or planning to become pregnant, and it’s severe , see a dermatologist and ask about spironolactone. It’s used to to treat hormonal acne

Jaw line tends to be related to hormonal imbalances. Have you started taking new vitamins or bc? Tons of water usually helps

Get checked for food allergies. Gluten and dairy cause acne in a lot of ppl.

You shouldn’t be using face scrubs that often. It’s actually quite bad for your skin. But as for the acne, I use and love Curology. It’s fantastic and cleared up my skin very quickly. It’s custom made to for your skin and individual needs. I love it so much and use it every night before bed. My daily cleanser is by CeraVe. Super basic and very good for your skin. Twice a day. My toner is by Neutrogena (also twice a day). My moisturizer is the Neutrogena Hydroboost (again, twice a day lol). LOVE this stuff. Always wash your face before applying anything to your skin. Wash your makeup brushes often when you do wear makeup. Your diet also plays a huge role in acne. Dairy is a very popular culprit. I gave up dairy altogether a couple years ago. Same with sodas and greasy foods and things like that. Never wear makeup to bed or while working out. And always keep yourself hydrated! Lots of water.

I’ve been having the same problem, I’ve been using apple cider vinegar in my diet and i feel it’s been helping, my breakouts are reduced so much and scaring isn’t as noticeable, and also my aunt was telling me she is using some cream she got on eBay it’s called bioaqua and it’s meant to really good.

I personally use vicks on my face.  I put ot straight on my zit,  leave it overnight and it's usually gone in the morning
