Eczema
Is this eczema? It’s usually extremely itchy, peels, and discolors my skin. I’ve used palmers cocoa butter on it and it doesn’t help not one bit. I can’t be seen my a doctor because I don’t have insurance. Is there anything that will help out with this? I use unscented soaps and body wash because my skin is so sensitive.
