The pill? the implant/rod? the patch? other? any other suggestions / comments? I was on the pill for a few years when i was in a relationship but got of because single and wasn't having sex and also i was on those 21 day pills and got a period every 3 weeks. & also didn't really know much about hormones and ovulation.. any help is appreciated
