Fat on sides

Hey guys I need some input! So I've been exercising and eating a healthier, more balanced diet and I've lost about 8 pounds this past month. I'm at 134 currently and I'm happy with the this progress, however I'm starting to increase my weight training slowly so I can get more toned. Initially I did more cardio and some weights so I'm trying to add more weights in. I've lost a lot of stomach fat in the center and would like to lose more around my sides. Any tips or do y'all think I should be good if I continue with my workout regimen? I'm interested in long runs so although I've done the occasional HIIT, I've focused more on building up my endurance for running. Should I maybe switch more focus over to HIIT if my sides are my problem area? Thanks ❤
