Symptoms?

What are some of your symptoms so far ladies? I’m currently 4 weeks and 3 days. I haven’t really had many symptoms besides the occasional sore nipples. Has anyone had any mild cramps, constipation or diarrhea?

Mostly just exhaustion almost to the point of lethargy.  My breasts are enlarged, and I was pretty bloated, but that has gone down a good bit.  With my 5-year-old daughter, I was blessed not to have morning sickness, but I pretty much spent my whole first trimester in bed.

utterly exhausted, either sobbing or furious every few minutes, achy,  headaches, a little nausea,  mild cramping,  and I have to pee all the time, plus increased sex drive

Mild cramping here and there, extreme fatigue, and lots and lots of nausea.

I'm 4+1, from 3+4 when I've found out, the only symptom I've had is mild cramping off and on. My boobs are a tiny bit sore starting yesterday, but really minimal. I'm hoping it stays that way for a while! Not looking forward to the nausea...
