I've been having server lower abdomen cramping the past few days. I'm pretty sure it's my pill that's been causing this so I do plan on getting off of it because of the side effects I'm getting. I am going to see my gyno this week. Has anyone experienced anything like this? It feels like severe period cramps and my period ended march 31 or April 1st. I'm not the best at taking my pill on the exacttt time each day. Idk what could be causing this. It hurts so bad. I already wanna just stop my pill but idk if that's gonna mess my body up even more.
