Aches.. reassurance please?

Is it normal to have a achey feeling in your lower abdomen/pelvic area at 11 weeks?.. is it just ligaments :\ worried

I have really bad pelvic bone pain some days. super low and directly over the bone. I have had to ice it occasionally.

I'm 11 weeks and have been feeling this the last 2 days. Feels like I've pulled something. I don't think it's anything to worry about I just think it's everything stretching. Reassuring to know I'm not the only one though 😊😊

I had it soooo bad at 11 ish weeks. Like bad cramps and sharp pains. All is great- 14 weeks now 👏

It’s normal!  I sometimes also have this feeling like someone is pinching me from the inside on one side or the other.
