Symptoms at 11 DPO

Having vague symptoms: slight back ache, nausea, breast tenderness at 11 DPO. Tested and got a BFN. Taking progesterone suppositories for low levels. Do people usually get pregnancy symptoms this early before the test positive? Or maybe it’s just time for my period.
