Burning discharge

I'm 4dpo and I'm having a LOT of creamy white discharge, like I am soaking wet, the opening of my vagina is on fire, as if I've had rough sex lately, and I'm cramping. The discharge looks completely normal to me. No smell, no clumps, nice and white & lotion like. I have this discharge all of the time and wouldnt think that it's the cause to me burning but who knows. I haven't used any new fragrance or anything near or around my vagina that could cause it to burn. And these cramps. I woke up with lower back cramps this morning but COMPLETELY dismissed them cause I did work out yesterday and just thought it was from one of the exercises that I did but I'm getting pretty concerned now.
