My body is tricking me

So this cycle I started testing for ovulation I got my LH surge on March 28. My cycle is 28 days which puts AF onI usually have cramping 2-3 days after ovulation all the way till I start my period . But I have had no pms symptoms . I’m 12 dpo with a negative test. I haven’t had any cramps or spotting so there’s no way I’m pregnant..
