Help!! pains in my thigh

Nicola • Currently pregnant with no.2 I have a 6 year old daughter who is very excited be a big sister due 2/11/18

I've got pains in my left thigh since lunch time (6/7 hours) and it's shooting up towards my pelvis I just got some muscle relaxing spray but just feels to be getting worse anyone else suffer with this?
