Working out is not just for my physical

It’s not just for my physical appearance. It’s for my mental state. I just love how my boyfriend convinced me to get this treadmill machine. After having my baby in December I was in this funk I couldn’t seem to get out of. Before I got pregnant I use to work out everyday and loved it! But my whole pregnancy I didn’t work out I ate bad, sugar, junk food ( it made me so depressed) and in this horrible mood I couldn’t get out of ! Well I got it and been on it for a month now & LOVING how it makes me feel it automatically puts me in this great mood I am myself again! My baby is 4 months old she and my great boyfriend are pushing me everyday🤗

Ps: I haven’t Weighed myself (just makes me more angry because sometimes numbers don’t change) & I am eating so much better 3 times a day with 2 fruits for snacks .
