yes. if I'm not on birth control to keep my hormones in check my period wreaks havoc on me the very first day, sometimes the second. 😣 get nauseous, throw up, have the shits, excruciating cramps to the point of being able to feel the contractions (pushing, like sitting on the toilet and going to the bathroom actually helps lol swear my body thinks I should be going into labor instead of just having a period), even get super weak and shaky and will pass out if I stand or walk.
