Week after c section and still feel horrible

It’s been a week after having my c section and I still feel horrible. My incision still hurts and makes it hard to get up from sitting position and walking. I had gone a week without having a bowel movement and when I did it was horribly hard and now my ass hurts so bad. My feet are still crazy swollen. Anybody else feel the same way or is it just me? How long are feet suppose to swell for? How long until I can lie in my bed again? How long before I start feeling better and my incision stops hurting?
