When did most of you moms get your epidural????

Ladies it really depends in the hospital. The hospital I give birth in say as long as you can set up and stay still they will give it to you.

I got mine at an 8 but had been stalled at an 8 for a VERY long time. It actually ended helping me dilate to 10 in an hour and a half

I’ve never heard of someone getting it at 10. They’d say that’s too late. Depending on the hospital it can anywhere from 6-8 but never 10.

Hospital I went to would give it to you if you were 10 as long as you could sit still.

4cm, but that was after 30 hours of labor, including about 6 hours of cytotec and 8 hours of pitocin. 😬😬😬

I asked for it at a 4 but two anesthesiologists failed to get it placed and I was a 9 by the time it was in.

Doctor broke my water at 2 cm. Contractions started fast, hard, and back to back. I hated life for four hours and finally caved and got the epidural. I was 5 cm. An hour and a half after getting the epidural, I was 10 cm and ready to push.
