It definitely depends on the couple but speaking from experience here. My bf and I were fwb’s for over a year and things always felt kind of fragile and like something wasn’t being said. When he came back from a trip and I had just gotten out of a surgery then he decided we should just give it a whirl. Now we’ve been together for 6 months! If you think you want to take it to the next level then you should express that and see what happens🧡 good luck
