He kissed it..

I just wanted to share a little story here since we haven't told anyone yet. We have been trying for over two years for a little one. I found out a couple months ago that I had a blockage in the right fallopian tube and I was only ovulating on my right so that's why we weren't getting pregnant. I had surgery to fix the problem and we're told it still might take a few. We weren't expecting it to happen so soon but here we are, pregnant on the first cycle after. I told my partner, and he wasnt upset, of course but it wasn't the exact Reactions would have wanted. I think he was in shock that it happened so quick. He is very logical and wants everything to be in place before it happens. Anyways, I understood but was a little disappointed. THEN, last night as I was laying in bed and resting. He came in and kissed my belly and said I love you, at which point, I said I love you too. He smiled at me and said, I am not talking to you this time. lol It's such a silly moment but so sweet. It was his way of showing how excited he is for this baby. Has anyone else ever had a partner that needed a little time to come around?
