You should sit in bath before or after shower?

Always take a shower after a bath.  You do nothing more than sit in dirt while taking a bath.  A shower afterwards rinses that dirt off.

I always shower and get clean before sitting in the bath. I'd rather not sit in my oils for an hour.

Why would you have a bath and shower? You do either or not both?

To actually clean my body I shower. Don’t ever bathe If your purpose is to get clean. If you choose to take a bath to relax or whatever, shower first and clean your body. Just sitting in your own filth is disgusting.

Of I'm taking a bath, I relax in the tub and then shower because I can't wash my hair in the tub. But 99% of the time I just take a shower and be done with it.

I like to use bubble bath and bath bombs and such in my baths so after I get in the shower to rinse that off
