Two lh surges a cycle?

This is my first cycle off of clomid. I had a positive ovulation test on CD 36 but my temperature never went up and my period never came so I started testing again. I finally got several strong positives on CD 55-57. Today is CD 58 so I haven't got my temperature spike yet but I am expecting it tomorrow. At first I thought my positive on CD 36 was just some strange fluke but getting a second wave of positives almost a month later makes me wonder if I somehow am on my second cycle but didn't have a period in between or if I had two lh surges in one cycle. Any thoughts?
