My mom is 2 years older than my dad and I never thought that was weird. I’ve dated younger people myself in the past and it’s not really something that even comes up much. It was annoying when I was 21 and he was 20 though 🙄

I think it's only weird, because it's believed that men are growing up slower than women. 
So at the early ages, it can be a big difference, but the older the people are, the less significant is the age.
Basically, if they understand each other and make it work, then it's not weird at all, not matter of the difference is 1 or 10 years
