healthy diet
since ive been married ive gained a couple pounds. its not like I need go lose them,but I would like to get back to ny original weight. ive been working out more. trying to eat healthy in my house is hard though. my parents are type 1 diabetics so my house has Junk food for in case of a low blood sugar reaction. we all have cobfkicting work schedules so theres just not a lot of healthy food in the house. my eating habits have changed as well. like my habits have merged with my husbands so my body is confused. any tips to eat healthier or at least fix my eating schedule?
