Advice please

Ok past few nights my shoulders been sore left one but the pains in middle of shoulder. I've noticed it more at night like after i eat dinner. Also i have been burping a lot after foods but it is like sick comes up sorry tmi. I'm just wondering if the shoulder pain is gas or should i see doctor. Other than these two things i have no other symptoms

If its ep then ive heard shoulder pains last symptom and ive no bleeding cramping sever sickness dizziness i feel normal
